Prices are per room per night. The price varies according to the "saving options" chosen.

Savings options
Choose from our three savings options for a special discounted price. Combine all three options for even more savings.
Savings option A
Pay for your room at the time of booking (credit card or bank transfer) and get a discount of 10% off of the price of your stay! Offer valid for reservations made at least 5 days before arrival. Minimum 3 night stay.
Savings option B
Stay at least 3 nights and save 2.50 euros per person per night!
Savings option C
Don't need breakfast in the morning? Save with our Bed & No Breakfast option. Get a discount of 7 euros per person per day if you choose the room only.
All options are accumulable!!!
Check-in and check-out times
Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am. In case no other guests are expected to check in on the same day, late check-out is possible at an additional cost of 10 euros per extra hour. Even in such case, the room must be vacated by 3pm. We provide luggage custody.
Check-in is normally after 1:00 pm but it is possible to arrange different check-in hours. Guests are kindly invited to let us know in advance their estimated time of arrival.
Terms and conditions for the booking
Prices include accommodation and continental breakfast unless guests choose Savings Option C (Bed & No Breakfast).
We welcome guests for stays as short as one night. Stays of less than three nights may only be booked "last minute" (max. 5 days before arrival).
All rooms are exclusively non smoking. Domestic animals are permitted upon request. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.
Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit equal to 50% of the total cost of the stay. Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer.
If choosing Savings Option A, 100% of the total cost of the stay must be paid in advance.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation of a confirmed reservation, cancellation fees will apply.
If the cancellation occurs more than 15 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the deposit amount paid will be retained as a cancellation fee.
If cancellation occurs within 15 days of the arrival date the entire deposit will be retained (regardless of whether the deposit is 50% or 100% (Savings Option A) of the total cost of the stay).
